clicking ‘add’ on any products
you wish to buy. These are then added to
your shopping basket, you can also remove
any items from your basket by going into
'My Basket'. When you are finished browsing
to go through to the payment section from
your basket. Here you will be asked for
the details we need to satisfy the order,
names, addresses and so on.
Orders can be placed online only.

are indicative only, whilst we have tried
to accurately show you what your new item
is going to look like it may differ slightly.
Fletchmeister cannot despatch your order until
you have paid for it in full.
Upon payment, Fletchmeister will confirm acceptance
of your order by email which will be sent
to the email address you provide to us.
Our delivery times are simple, most products
ordered before 3pm (Mon-Thur) are dispatched
the next day. Delivery to more remote
areas may take an extra day or two.
(UK Mainland Only) £4.99 for all UK
orders (not including highlands of Scotland)
and subject to any additional bulky carriage
charges. We will contact you should any
additional bulky carriage charge apply,
at which point you will have the opportunity
to cancel the order if you so wish. Some
large weighted orders may require a pallet,
you will be contacted with additional shipping
costs if this happens. Standard Pallet Costs
from £30.00. Please note that we do
not ship to the Highlands and Islands of
Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and
the Channel Islands. These include postcodes
BT,IM,IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78,
PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE.
Some deliveries are made by courier and
will need to be signed for, If no-one is
in at time of delivery, the courier will
leave a card to say that they have tried
to deliver. You can then contact them directly
to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver
or to collect from their depot. Once delivered,
the goods will become your property and
your responsibility and Fletchmeister will
not accept any liability for loss damage
or destruction to the items you purchase
from our website. You will be asked to sign
for your goods, on which you are responsible
for checking your items before you sign.
On signing, you are accepting that all items
have been received and in good condition
or what you previously agreed to through
our terms & conditions. If the courier
will not wait for you to check the goods
you must notify the courier company of this.
Please be aware that Fletchmeister does not
and will not take any responsibility for
goods that have been signed for in good
order and accepted by you, they become your
property and we are no longer a party to
We now offer shipping to the USA as well as the UK, are set shipping cost to the US covers all items unless some larger weighted orders require higher postage then you will be contacted with regards to this order.
Please be aware of your local county and countries taxes for importing goods, Fletchmeister.com will not be held responsible for covering import taxes charged when goods enter your country or origin.
Out of Stock
Products not in stock are shown on the site
as ‘OUT OF STOCK’ and you will
not be able to order them. We believe this
is a better service than allowing you to
order, taking your money, and subsequently
making you wait for two weeks for delivery.
Please be assured all items are currently
in stock for immediate delivery. Ordering
out of stock products can’t be made
on the website.
Need to Return a product? To return a product
you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done
by contacting our service department. NO returns
of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

Nature of the problem
Return shipping back to us is the sole
responsibility of the customer. If the return
is a result of our error, we'll pay the
return shipping cost once your item is returned,
you will receive an email confirming your
return. Products returned must be in new
condition, unused and containing all original
labels and packaging. (1.) To return an
item, just send us an email with your order
number and the reason for the return (item
was damaged, you bought the wrong thing,
wrong size, etc.) and we'll get back to
you ASAP. (2.) Should you change your mind
or the product is just not suitable for
your needs, you may return the item(s) for
